Certificates of registration

40. Certificates of registration









(1) On registering a food premises under this Act, the registration authority
must give the person in whose name the premises is to be registered a
certificate of registration in the form required by the regulations.

(2) If a food premises is required to be registered with the council by or
under Part XII or Part XIX of the Health Act 1958, the council may, subject to
the requirements of that Act applicable to registration being complied with,
incorporate the certificate of registration under this section in one document
with any certificate of registration to be issued under that Act.
