Contravention of section 34(1) of the Meat Industry Act 1993

39C. Contravention of section 34(1) of the Meat Industry Act 1993

The proprietor of a food premises must not contravene the requirements of
section 34(1) of the Meat Industry Act 1993 at, on or in respect of a food
premises that is registered, or is required to be registered, under this Act.
Penalty: First offence 100 penalty units. Second or subsequent offence 500
penalty units or imprisonment for 24 months or both.
