Offence to fail to comply with registration condition

39B. Offence to fail to comply with registration condition





If the registration, renewal of registration or transfer of a food premises is
the subject of a condition under section 39A(3), the proprietor of the
premises must comply with the condition. Penalty: 50 penalty units for a first
offence and 100 penalty units for a second or subsequent offence.
