Notification of certain information not required

37. Notification of certain information not required

Section 16 (to the extent to which it requires the notification of the
information specified in the Food Safety Standards that is to be notified to
the registration authority before a food business is conducted) does not apply
with respect to any food premises that is registered, or to be registered,
under this Part.
