Duties of analysts

31. Duties of analysts

Every analyst shall-

   (a)  make an analysis of any article submitted to him pursuant to this Act
        for analysis or supervise the analysis of the article by any other
        person;

   (c)  supply to the person submitting the article a certificate in the
        prescribed form setting out the result of the analysis; and

   (d)  where any apparatus to be used or method to be observed has been
        prescribed-use that apparatus and observe that method accordingly and
        declare in his certificate that he has done so.
