19R. Offence to impersonate approved auditor

A person must not-

(a) use or take the title "approved food safety auditor"; or

   (b)  directly or indirectly represent that he or she is an
        approved food safety auditor or is authorised to conduct a food safety
        program audit-

unless the person is an approved food safety auditor. Penalty: 20 penalty
units for a first offence and 40 penalty units for a second or subsequent
offence.
