Auditor must comply with conditions of certification

19Q. Auditor must comply with conditions of certification

An approved food safety auditor must comply with any condition imposed by the
certifying body in certifying him or her to be a food safety auditor. Penalty:
20 penalty units for a first offence and 40 penalty units for a second or
subsequent offence.
