Only approved auditors may conduct audits

19O. Only approved auditors may conduct audits

A person must not conduct a food safety program audit unless he or she is an
approved food safety auditor in respect of the class of food premises to which
the food safety program relates. Penalty: 20 penalty units for a first offence
and 40 penalty units for a second or subsequent offence.
