Audit certificates must be given to the registration authority

19N. Audit certificates must be given to the registration authority





(1) The proprietor of a declared premises must give a copy of any audit
certificate the proprietor is given under section 19L or 19M to the
registration authority within 14 days after being given the certificate.

(2) A failure to comply with this section is a ground for-

   (a)  the refusal of the registration, renewal of registration or transfer
        of registration of the premises;

   (b)  the revocation or suspension of registration of the premises.
