Food safety program audit
19J. Food safety program audit
(1) A food safety program audit is an audit that is conducted for the purposes
of this Part to determine whether a food safety program-
(a) has been complied with during the period covered by the audit; and
(b) is still adequate at the date of the audit.
(2) A food safety program audit of the food safety program of a premises must
be conducted by an approved food safety auditor whose certificate under
section 19P states that he or she is competent to conduct the audit of such a
premises.
