FOOD ACT 1984 - SECT 19F
Food safety program must be kept at premisesThe proprietor of a food premises required by a declaration under section 19C to have a food safety program must ensure that the food safety program is kept at the premises to which it relates.
Penalty: 20 penalty units for a natural person;
100 penalty units for a body corporate.
