Standard food safety programs

19DC. Standard food safety programs

A standard food safety program is a food safety program for a food premises
that complies with the following conditions-

   (a)  it has been created using a food safety program template in accordance
        with the instructions set out in the food safety program template; and

   (b)  the food safety program template is specified as suitable for use
        under section 19DB for a food business of the class that is being
        carried out at, on or from the food premises.
