19DA. Food safety program template

A food safety program template is a written document that-

   (a)  contains a set of instructions to enable the proprietor of a food
        business to create a food safety program that complies with section
        19D; and

   (b)  that has been registered by the Secretary for the purposes of this
        Part under section 19DB.
