17. Proprietor's name to be affixed to premises



(1) The proprietor of a food business must ensure that his, her or its name is
prominently displayed on any food premises used in connection with the food
business.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) A person who sells any food from any premises on which the name of any
other person appears under subsection (1) must be taken to have sold the food
as the agent of that other person, unless the contrary is proved.
