Service of notice to fence

6. Service of notice to fence

Any person desiring to compel any other person to construct or join in or
contribute to the construction of a dividing fence may serve on the other
person a notice to fence which shall-

   (a)  be in writing or in print, or partly in writing and partly in print;

   (b)  specify the boundary to be fenced;

   (c)  contain a proposal for fencing the boundary; and

   (d)  specify the kind of fence proposed to be constructed.
