Landlord may defend proceeding against tenant

33. Landlord may defend proceeding against tenant

Any landlord may come in and defend any proceeding under this Act against his
tenant in consequence of which the landlord may ultimately incur any
liability, and any defence which the tenant might set up shall be available to
the landlord. __________________
