FENCES ACT 1968 - SECT 30D
Orders about fencing works—long-term tenants(1) The Magistrates' Court, in respect of a complaint filed by a long-term tenant under section 18(a) of this Act, may make an order in relation to any one or more of the matters referred to in section 30C(1)(c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) or (k).
(2) In making an order under subsection (1) about contributions, the Court may have regard to any negligent or deliberate acts that have shortened the life of a dividing fence.
