29. Proceedings to be before Magistrates' Court





(1) All proceedings for orders and for the recovery of sums of money shall be
before the Magistrates' Court.

(3) The costs of every complaint shall be in the discretion of the court but
where a court appoints an arbitrator the court may if it thinks fit refer the
costs of the reference to the award of the arbitrator.
