Power to Governor in Council to proclaim vermin-proof fence

18. Power to Governor in Council to proclaim vermin-proof fence

The Governor in Council may by Order proclaim any fence described in such
Order to be a vermin-proof fence within the meaning of this Part either
throughout Victoria or within any portion thereof specified in such Order and
may at any time revoke any Order made under this section or paragraph (e) of
the last preceding section or any corresponding previous enactment.
