16. In default of agreement, Court may determine contributions

Where a fence is repaired under this Part, and the occupiers of the land
separated by the dividing fence do not agree upon the proportions which they
are to be liable to contribute to the cost of repairing the fence, the
Magistrates' Court may on the complaint of either of them make an order
prescribing the proportions in which they are to be liable to contribute to
the cost of repairs. _______________
