Tenant to pay certain sums to landlord

11. Tenant to pay certain sums to landlord

Any tenant having a right to purchase any land occupied by him at a fixed rate
shall on the completion of the purchase pay to his landlord, in augmentation
of and as part of the purchase money, any sum paid by such landlord under the
last preceding section, together with interest on the same at the rate of
eight per centum per annum.
