FORESTS ACT 1958 - SECT 96A
Offence to hinder or obstruct an authorised officerA person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an authorised officer who is exercising that authorised officer's duties or powers under this Act or the regulations.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
