Offence to hinder or obstruct an authorised officer
96A. Offence to hinder or obstruct an authorised officer
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an authorised
officer who is exercising that authorised officer's duties or powers under
this Act or the regulations. Penalty: 60 penalty units.
