Authorised officers must identify themselves

95B. Authorised officers must identify themselves

An authorised officer must produce proof of his or her identity and official
status-

   (a)  before exercising a power under section 95A; and

   (b)  at any time during the exercise of a power under section 95A, if asked
        to do so.
