FORESTS ACT 1958 - SECT 85

The owner of all cattle found depasturing within any part of a reserved forest not held or occupied by such owner under a grazing lease or licence or permit under this Act or any corresponding previous enactment shall be charged therefor by the land manager agistment fees at such rates as may be prescribed.
