Agistment fees chargeable for cattle in reserved forest

85. Agistment fees chargeable for cattle in reserved forest

The owner of all cattle found depasturing within any part of a reserved forest
not held or occupied by such owner under a grazing lease or licence or permit
under this Act or any corresponding previous enactment shall be charged
therefor by the Secretary agistment fees at such rates as may be prescribed.
