FORESTS ACT 1958 - SECT 57A
Land to be managed consistently with joint management planIf any appointed land of a Traditional Owner Land Management Board constitutes the whole or a part of reserved forest, the person responsible for the management of that appointed land under this Act must ensure that the land is managed in a way that is not inconsistent with any joint management plan for the land.
