Restriction of rights of lessees and licensees

57. Restriction of rights of lessees and licensees

The holder of a lease or licence of or grantee of a permit with respect to any
land under this Act or any corresponding previous enactment shall not fell cut
destroy injure or remove any tree or timber on such land unless expressly
authorized by his lease licence or permit so to do and then only in accordance
with such authorization.
