FORESTS ACT 1958 - SECT 56
Dealing with interest in leased landAny person may with the consent of the Minister given on the recommendation of the land manager assign sublet or transfer the person's right title and interest in the whole or any part of any land which is the subject of a lease granted under this Act or any corresponding previous enactment.
