State forest reserves not to be dealt with under Land Act 1958

41. State forest reserves not to be dealt with under Land Act 1958

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Land Act 1958 it shall not be lawful
for the Governor in Council by virtue of the said Act at any time to increase
or diminish the area of any reserved forest or to grant a right to occupy as a
residence area or a lease or licence of or in respect of any Crown land within
any reserved forest.
