19. Power to place forest produce on catchment areas under control of
Secretary



(1) The Governor in Council may by Order published in the Government Gazette
direct that the forest produce on any catchment area now or hereafter managed
or controlled by any Authority under the Water Act 1989 shall with the consent
of such Authority subject to such conditions as the Governor in Council thinks
fit be placed under the control and management of the Secretary.
