Incorporation

7. Incorporation

The members of the Board shall be a body corporate by the name of Emerald
Tourist Railway Board and by that name shall have perpetual succession and a
common seal and shall be capable in law of suing and being sued and shall,
subject to this Act, have power to take, purchase, sell, lease, take on lease,
and hold lands, goods, chattels, and other property and to enter into any
contract, agreement or arrangement for any of the purposes of this Act.
