Board to make returns to Minister of accidents

46. Board to make returns to Minister of accidents

The Board shall in such form and manner as the Minister requires for his
information with a view to the public safety make periodical and other returns
of accidents occurring in the course of the public traffic upon the Emerald
Tourist Railway whether attended with personal injury or not.
