33. Conditions of appointment of inspector



(1) The Governor in Council in the instrument appointing an inspector shall
specify full particulars of the appointment including-

   (a)  the matters into which the investigation is to be made being all the
        affairs or particular affairs of the Board;

   (b)  the period in respect of which the investigation is to be made; and

   (c)  the terms and conditions of the appointment of the inspector including
        terms and conditions relating to remuneration.

(2) The Governor in Council may by notice in writing given to any inspector
terminate his appointment at any time.

(3) Notice of the appointment and notice of the termination of the appointment
of an inspector shall be published in the Government Gazette.
