32. Appointment of inspector by Governor in Council

Where it appears to the Governor in Council that-

   (a)  it is desirable for the protection of the public;

   (b)  it is in the public interest because fraud or misfeasance or other
        misconduct by a person who is or has been concerned with the affairs
        of the Board is alleged; or

   (c)  in any case it is in the public interest-

to appoint an inspector to investigate affairs of the Board he may by
instrument in writing appoint an inspector.
