Offices

22. Offices



(1) The Board-

   (a)  shall provide and maintain a fit and convenient office for holding
        meetings of the Board and transacting the business of the Board and
        for the use of its manager and other officers and employés; and

   (b)  shall cause the manager or some other person authorized in that behalf
        by the Board to attend at the office of the Board during the days and
        hours notified to the public as the days and hours during which the
        office will be open.

(2) The Board shall cause particulars of the location of the office of the
Board and the days upon which and the hours during which the office is open to
the public to be prominently displayed on all stations of the Emerald Tourist
Railway.
