Disqualification from office

18. Disqualification from office

The office of member of the Board becomes vacant if the member-

   (a)  is absent without leave from four consecutive meetings of the Board;

   (b)  by writing under his hand addressed to the Governor in Council resigns
        his office as member;

   (c)  is an undischarged bankrupt or person whose property is subject to an
        order or arrangement under the laws relating to bankruptcy;

   (d)  is attainted of treason or convicted of an indictable offence or is a
        person of unsound mind.
