Decisions

15. Decisions



(1) The decision on any question of a majority of the members present at a
meeting of the Board shall, subject to the presence of a quorum, be the
decision of the Board on that question.

(2) In the event of an equality of votes on any question the chairman of the
meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
