Emerald Tourist Railway Act 1977 - SECT 14 

Quorum

14. Quorum



(1) A quorum of the Board consists of a majority of the total number of
members for the time being holding office.

(2) Subject to the presence of a quorum the Board may act notwithstanding any
vacancy in its membership.
