Chairman

13. Chairman



(1) At the first meeting of the Board in each year the members of the Board
shall appoint one of the members to be chairman of the Board and one of the
members to be the deputy chairman of the Board.

(2) The chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board at which he is
present and in his absence the deputy chairman shall preside and in the
absence of both the chairman and the deputy chairman, a member elected by the
members present to be chairman of the meeting shall preside.
