Exemptions from this Division

12. Exemptions from this Division



(1) The regulations may provide that this Division, or a specified provision
of this Division, does not apply to a specified requirement or specified class
of requirements.

(2) The regulations may provide that this Division, or a specified provision
of this Division, does not apply to a specified permission or specified class
of permissions.

(3) The regulations may provide that this Division, or a specified provision
of this Division, does not apply to a specified law of this jurisdiction.
