Objectives of Energy Safe Victoria
5. Objectives of Energy Safe Victoria
The objectives of Energy Safe Victoria are to perform its functions and
exercise its powers in such a manner as it considers best achieves the
objectives of Energy Safe Victoria specified in the
Electricity Safety Act 1998 and the Gas Safety Act 1997 and any other Act.
