43. Confidentiality

In section 25-

   (a)  a reference to the Director includes a reference to the chief
        electrical inspector and the Director of Gas Safety;

   (b)  a reference to an employee, agent or contractor of
        Energy Safe Victoria includes a reference to an employee, agent or
        contractor of OCEI or OGS.
