Superseded references to chief electrical inspector

38. Superseded references to chief electrical inspector

On and from the commencement day, in any Act (other than this Act) or in any
instrument made under any Act or in any other document of any kind, a
reference to the chief electrical inspector is deemed to be a reference to the
Director so far as it relates to any period after the commencement day, unless
the context otherwise requires.
