Improper use of information

25. Improper use of information



A person who is, or has been, Director or an employee, agent or contractor of
Energy Safe Victoria, must not make improper use of any information acquired
only in the course of his or her duties to obtain directly or indirectly any
pecuniary or other advantage for himself or herself or for any other person.

Penalty: 100 penalty units. __________________
