20. Statement of corporate intent: contents

Each statement of corporate intent must specify for Energy Safe Victoria, in
respect of the financial year to which it relates and each of the 2 following
financial years, the following information-

   (a)  the objectives of Energy Safe Victoria;

   (b)  the nature and scope of the activities to be undertaken by
        Energy Safe Victoria;

   (c)  the accounting policies to be applied in the accounts;

   (d)  the performance targets and other measures by which the performance of
        Energy Safe Victoria may be judged in relation to its stated
        objectives;

   (e)  the kind of information to be provided to the Minister by
        Energy Safe Victoria during the course of those financial years;

   (f)  such other matters as may be agreed on by the Minister and
        Energy Safe Victoria from time to time.
