Vacancies, resignations and removal from office
14. Vacancies, resignations and removal from office
(1) The Director ceases to hold office if he or she becomes bankrupt.
(2) The Director may resign by writing delivered to the Minister.
(3) The Governor in Council may remove the Director from office.
