Terms and conditions of appointment

13. Terms and conditions of appointment



(1) The Director shall be appointed for such term, not exceeding 5 years, as
is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for
re-appointment.

(2) The Director holds office, subject to this Act, on such terms and
conditions as are determined by the Minister.
