Delegation

10. Delegation

Energy Safe Victoria may, by instrument under its official seal, delegate any
function or power of Energy Safe Victoria, other than this power of
delegation, to-

   (a)  an employee of Energy Safe Victoria;

   (b)  a member of a committee appointed in accordance with this Part;

   (c)  with the consent of the Minister, another person.
