Organisations' rights of access to information

34. Organisations' rights of access to information

The Authority must disclose to an
emergency services and other related services organisation any emergency
related information or information in relation to operational communications
services under the control of the Authority-

   (a)  that is relevant to the performance of that organisation's functions;
        and

   (b)  the disclosure of which is requested by the organisation.
