Payment and collection of fees

32. Payment and collection of fees



(1) A fee determined under section 31 is payable by an
emergency services and other related services organisation in accordance with
the determination of the Authority under section 31.

(2) A fee payable under this section is a debt due to the Authority by the
emergency services and other related services organisation that is liable to
pay it and may be collected in a court of competent jurisdiction.
