Commissioner to determine standards

30. Commissioner to determine standards



(1) The Commissioner, in consultation with the Authority and the
emergency services and other related services organisation to which standards
are to relate, may, from time to time, determine the standards for the
performance by the Authority of the emergency telecommunications and other
communications services it provides to any such organisation.

(2) Standards determined under subsection (1) must set out the qualitative and
quantitative measures for the level of service that is to be provided to each
organisation.
